FORT MYERS, Florida – Seagate Development Group welcomed nearly two dozen Lee County executives and Florida businesspeople during the groundbreaking ceremony for the 40-acre Alico Trade Center. This took place on July 2nd at Seagate’s newest business park – Alico Road and Oriole Road in Fort Myers.
After introductions and a champagne toast from Seagate’s commercial division, team members from Seagate, Studio +, Quattrone & Associates, Lee County Economic Development, and Rice Insulation & Glass gathered for photo opportunities and refreshments.
Seagate is currently clearing the Alico Trade Center property for Rice Insulation’s 35,000-square-foot facility and other design-build projects yet to be announced. The space of the first tenant includes offices, a reception area, a conference room, training and break rooms, workplaces, a warehouse for insulating, glass and shelf materials, high and floor doors and 100 parking spaces. Completion is planned for the fourth quarter of 2021, all other single-tenant, flex and / or industrial buildings are to be completed on an ongoing basis.
âAny company that wants to expand its business and create its own space without the typical barriers of a multi-tenant environment can benefit from our first-class business park. We look forward to continuing to show new and growing companies how this space can transform their business for the better and how our best work can help them do their best work, âsaid Matt Price, CEO & Partner, Seagate Development Group.
